Have fun with your fitness! Try Zumba Fit with Lindsay

If you have ever wanted to try Zumba or Strong 30 outside of the typical gym/ contract environment, I would love to have you come try my classes for FREE! I am a certified Zumba & Strong Instructor and teach in Oviedo, Winter Park, & other locations. The first class you try is always FREE! You can come and try it first to see if you like it and come and go as you please, no need to join anything. It's just $5 per class after your freebie. My classes are more intimate and in non-intimidating environments. No experience is necessary and all fitness levels are welcomed. It's just about coming together to do some dance fitness and have a good time! There is no judgement and no wrong moves- as long as you’re moving and having fun, you’re doing it right! This should be a class you enjoy and want to attend, so feedback is always welcomed. You have nothing to lose (except maybe 600+ calories) so come out and give it a try!
